Great company. Have good service all the way out in Harrah, technical support is always quick and easy.

Amazing company. My father has used their service for years and never had an issue til recently. I scheduled his service appointment with ease and they came and replaced some equipment and upgraded it all at no cost. Service technician was polite and professional. I have now decided to switch.

We have only had service for 4 hours, but its been wonderful. We are 50 down and 8 up and its exactly as advertised. Latency is less than 15ms. Installation note. Our installation was far from a normal installation. We installed a 40' tower at the top of our hill and then sent a wireless link from the tower to our house. The installers were great to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Just from an installation stand point, I highly recommend Airosurf. Service. I will leave a review after some time has elapsed, but its great so far!

I had AT&T internet before a neighbor told me about airosurf and I couldn’t be happier! AT&T would go out multiple times daily and airosurf has never gone out. We are rural so options are limited to us and these guys are amazing. Price is unbeatable. Just to reference, we have 4 cell phones, 4 iPads, and 2 TV’s and have never had a problem streaming movies and games on multiple devices at a time. All for $50 a month!

We started out with Hughes net. We were horribly disappointed. Airosurf has been so wonderful for several years for us. Actually, when we first started, their boys were teenagers. These young men came out and set up our system, climbing through the attic, extending cables and were totally wonderful. They are still wonderful and I am never concerned about them being in our house or anything. They are 100% respectful and wonderful people. And hey, the Internet service is so good that I do major data processing. I do have there best plan I think.

In this day of connectivity - phones, laptop, tablet and roku in our home internet is everything!!! There were a variety of issues that compromised great performance of our internet services with Airosurf. But general manager Sam Walcher took immediate steps to discover and to resolve our concerns. And one of the service technicians, Dakota by name, rendered impeccable, on-site services. We are hearing much about COX moving into this service area but we could not be more pleased than what we are receiving from Airosurf.

Airosurf is dedicated to customer service. We have been customers for over 13 years. Their internet speed and coverage continues to improve, many times without an increase in costs to their customers. Try to find that anywhere else. The bonus is that they are locally owned!

We were actually referred to Airsoft by their competitor company. Best move ever. Even if a cable service was offered, we would not switch. The service and staff all earn five stars plus.
